A Smiley Face saves the day!
After a very long day at work, I am so relieved to finally be home. I realized that I need to be better organized in order to have a better, less hectic day. I work 12 hour days and sometimes this is very difficult. I found out today that I need to take time for myself to relax, and refocus my energy into positive outlets. I need to invest in myself, so I will be exercising 5 days out of the week and will try to be more conscious of my diet- Some of my food choices are not great- and may be contributing to my frequent headaches. I should always have a "To Do List"
I have come to the conclusion that writing helps, finding some down time is also beneficial to finding inner peace and comforting to my mind, body and spirit. (As a side note: Pinterest definitely gives me tons of ideas that are beautiful, many of which I will attempt to duplicate when I have some free time). The lesson that I learned today was to remember to take the time to make someone else smile. What I used: my smiley face stethoscope: here's the link: bought it on Amazon:
I tried it when my day was very hectic, and it worked! I forgot about my trivial problems and that small gesture deflected my attention for a brief moment onto someone else and relieved me of some of the pressure that was building up. The previous day, I had a migraine, so I know I forgot to release some tension, and my morning caffeine, chocolate, my "superhero" cape,and/or t-shirt.

I will need to buy a brand new Superhero T-shirt. I will choose Super girl, or "Wonder Woman". I found this great website on Pinterest,of course ;). My last thought for tonight is: I believe that everyone deserves to be Happy! If you want to be Happy, find out what makes you sad, angry, bitter, or jealous and seek out the polar opposite of each. Make a list- or place it on post-it notes put them in a jar save it for one year, then take them out and see which things got better because you made changes... or you can always send flowers, or a gift.

S is for Substitution
A Substitution for Soda:
Are you trying to lose weight, or live a healthier lifestyle. My goal was to give up soda, and try to rid my diet of all the fats and sugar. We all need to drink more water. I found that it was easier to make small changes. So I searched the web for an alternative or substitution and about a year ago We purchased a SodaStream. My family drinks less soda now, and this product was the key. Refilling and buying extra supplies has not been a problem.
We love our SodaStream!

This blog was created to share all of my incredible finds from around the internet. I hope to discover many great products and share my opinion and possibly test, and create a rating system for the items that are available.I have been receiving many lovely products from a popular monthly subscription boxes, by trial and error at the local drugstore, or by word of mouth from friends and family. First example: Subscription boxes are great, it's like getting a box full of goodies from a secret admirer....The scenario differs each time in my overall reaction, but I'm always eager to finally open the box after waiting for thirty days, and then the moment of truth...the verdict is sometimes awesome, but often I'm a little disappointed, but I keep going back for more.
I decided to join an ad company which will accomplish two things that I believe will be beneficial. I will use the widgets from various companies to share products and hopefully will be able to earn some dividends in return by offering up great products, information and reviews on my blog.
